Studio.NET, providing a custom web-based search engine for the Sierra Club's outings database. Serve on the committee that sets design guidelines for a 200-page web site.

2001 - 2003: Database Programmer, Teachers On Reserve – Designed, implemented, and deployed a client-server database used by a placement agency for matching personnel with
orders. This database identifies potential matches by comparing qualifications, availability, and geographical location. It also imports employment applications filled out on
the company web site. This system involved 50 tables, 241 SQL queries, 94 data entry forms, 92 reports, and over 21,000 lines of Visual Basic code, and replicated data between
three offices statewide.
1994 - 2000: School Teacher, (Full details available on request).
Designed and Implemented a database to track the school’s disciplinary detention program. This database identified which students are assigned to detention on which dates, by
which teachers, and whether or not the student actually served the detention.
1991 - Ongoing: Database Programmer, John Woolman School – Designed, implemented, and deployed a client-server database used to maintain records on staff, students, parents,
and donors. Served on school’s technology committee, providing technical guidance and support in the development of academic computer facilities.
1990 - 1992: Information Systems Coordinator at California Self-Help Center – Designed, implemented, and deployed a client-server database to support an information and
referral agency operating out of seven sites statewide. This database was used by volunteers to find support groups for callers seeking help with concerns such as cancer,
substance abuse, etc. Designed and implemented a data replication mechanism to synchronize copies of the database in each office.
Supervised data gathering and data entry processes for faculty research project. Implemented database application for analysis of research data and project management database
to track sampling parameters and ensure data validity.
Supervised staff of 3 and 20 volunteers. Provided technical support for the entire organization.
